We had some fantastic stock on display. Ranging from G to N gauge, from Britain to America and beyond, there was lots for people to see and with allot of visitors taking interest in the clubs activities, we invite them to join us and get involved with our very exciting projects.
We also managed to collect over £300 in donations which will be donated to the 'friends of the young disabled', we are very thankful for everyone who donated.
On the 23rd of January we opened our doors to the public for the first open evening of 2015. With a wide array of stock of all scales to see there was much to see for the 90 people who attended.
We had a great food buffet provided by Alison and a awesome big cake from Mike Sarsfield decorated with the club logo . From cheese and biscuits to pizza and pasties there was plenty of food to choose from. The club again thanks Alison for all the work she does in providing the wonderful spread.
We are very pleased with the outcome of the event, it's been a great start to 2015. We also hope everyone who joined us that evening had a great time and we hope to see you again in the upcoming year.
